- Beaky's name was revealed via a storyboard image uploaded by Pete Von Sholly to his Blogspot.
- During their flight, Beaky was going to see a pliosaur hunting a pod of plesiosaurs. Unfortunately, this sequence was ultimately cut from the final episode.
