Triceratops (meaning Three Horned Face) was one of the most famous non-avian dinosaurs almost ever since it was found. It lived during the Late Cretaceous period at the end of the dinosaur era. It was one of the prey for Tyrannosaurus rex.

Appearance
It was the largest ceratopsian dinosaur and hence it's name it has 3 horns on it's face, 2 above it's eyes, and 1 on the beak. It had a beak with many molar teeth meaning it was probably a herbivore. It was 29.5' long, 9.8' tall, and weighed 6 tons. And the frill of the Triceratops was used for mating display and to make Predators confused because the veins in the frill Flesh Blood into it and it makes it a blood-red which is perfect for scaring off predators and attracting a mate
Life
Triceratops also lived with Pachycephalosaurus, and Leptoceratops, but there's also predators like Tyrannosaurus rex, Troodon, Dakotaraptor, and Acheroraptor. It died out during the K-Pg exinction.
